M/s Herowiin Technologies Private Limited is the platform enabler and authorised collection partner only and is not liable for any refunds or chargeback for the online payment transactions made for Millets & organics International trade Fair 2024 through the website https://organics-milltes.in and its subdomians sites.

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use this facility.

All payments are subject to the following conditions:-

The description of service of registration are specific to your need when you register for any event in Millets & Organics International trade fair 2024 website. Normally payment is required in advance (i.e. before you commence your activity).

All Fees quoted are in Indian Rupees . The KAPPEC reserves the right to change the fees at any time.

1. Your payment will normally reach the KAPPEC(Organic) account to which you are making a payment within three working days.
2. We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct KAPPEC(Organic) account due to you quoting an  incorrect personal details. Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card/UPI or any supplier for any reason.
3. If the card/UPI/netbanking supplier declines payment the KAPPEC  is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card /UPI supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
4. In no event will the KAPPEC be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. The 50% discount applicable for women entrepreneurs will be invalid if the uploaded relevant document proof   is found wrong or irrelevant  during review of the exhibitors profile and  respective booking will be cancelled and the booking Amount paid  will not be refunded.
6. The registrants or exhibitors who book the stalls will have to showcase only millet based products or items in the exhibition stall in Millets and organics International Trade Fair 2024.  After booking the stall, during the review if the exhibitor profile and products / items is found wrong as mentioned above or irrelevant to millets , stall booked will be cancelled and no refund will be provided for the booking amount paid .
